About Independent Law Clerk' (ILC's) Services
"Independent Law Clerk (ILC) is New York State Appellate Division certified. ILC represents law firms in legal depositions of clients or Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs). ILC appears in person in depositions at the designated jurisdiction and or in virtual conference via Zoom workplace.
Upon appearance and following the examination, ILC provides a report on the EUO, as well as an assessment of the IME to the law firm via email.
